Who is Eric “Pistol” Combs?

He is also known as Eric Wayne Combs. He is a hip hop artist from southeastern Ky. Combs was born Sept 15th, 1990 in Hazard KY. At the age of twelve he developed a strong love for music and was heavily influenced through the hip-hop genre. He began to write his own lyrics and practice his craft. From the years 2009-2011 Combs had a short run with a band known as Highway 80 in which he performed some of his earlier songs at local venues. The band unfortunately went their separate ways after only two short years. In October 2017, after going through a trying time in his life, he began writing and recording his first EP. He then crossed paths with April Edwards at Nitrosonic Studio located in Lexington, KY. Edwards engineered and produced Eric's Pistol EP. In February 2018, the five song EP wrapped up production and was released April 6th of 2018 under the Nitrosonic label.
